SALES
There is no minimum order requirement other than that orders must be in multiples of the units of sale indicated in the Price List.
PRICES
Prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT and are chargeable at the prevailing rate at the time of order to customers residing within the European Union. (Currently 17.5%) We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice and to correct clerical omissions and errors on this web site. VAT No. 789 8290 50
VAT (Currently 17.5%) is deducted from the final billing of sales to customers residing outside the European Union.
PAYMENT
Payment should be made with the order and goods will be delivered after your Cheque, Postal order or Credit card including Switch and Solo, has been cleared through our bank.
DELIVERY
UK. Mainland
A charge of
£1.50 (for orders under £10.00) and £2.50 (for orders
over £10.00) packing, postage and handling will be added to the
order. Orders are sent by Second Class Post, unless otherwise agreed,
where an additional cost will apply.
Every effort
is made to maintain adequate stocks to facilitate the dispatch of
goods within 48 hours after an order is received. However, for items
not in stock please allow 14 days for delivery. If for any reason we
are unable to fulfill this promise we will contact you as soon as
possible to give an estimated delivery date, at this point you are
entitled to cancel your order, should wish to.
Overseas Delivery

Europe - by Air (up to 21 days) Up to the weight of 200g. A charge of £3.95 for packing, postage and handling will be added to the order. Orders are sent by Second Class Post, unless otherwise agreed, where an additional cost will apply. For heavier items postage is likely to be surcharged.
SUITABILITY AND SPECIFICATION OF THE GOODS
DFO (UK) Limited assumes that all goods ordered from them are suitable for the purpose for which they are required. DFO (UK) Limited is not required to enquire further from the purchaser as to the use which the purchaser wishes to put the goods. The purchaser acknowledges that the goods will be used only in accordance with the specific instructions included with the packaging of the goods and DFO (UK) Limited will not be liable for any fault or defect caused as a result of the purchaser not following the specific instructions. All specifications, pictures, figures, sizes and other descriptions of the goods are approximate, and should not be relied upon by the purchaser.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Should you wish to cancel an order which was placed online or by telephone please contact us as soon as possible. You can either e-mail us at info@dfo.uk.com or telephone our Customer Service Department. If you wait until the goods are despatched then you will be responsible for the cost of return postage. You may cancel your order up to 7 days after receipt of the product. A returned product should be in its original condition and where possible in their original packaging with your purchase receipt. The original cost of the goods will be refunded to you within 30 days of cancellation.

SECURITY POLICY
We have our own payment processing system, and our own Merchant Account with Natwest Streamline. A condition of the account is that our secure server facility has been reviewed and approved by Natwest Streamline for secure on-line transactions. Their stringent requirements include things like the restriction of physical access to our facilities (i.e. who gets to operate the servers).
GUARANTEE
We guarantee that the goods will be free from any defects in workmanship or materials under normal use and service and will credit such products provided the goods complained of are returned, together with full particulars of the alleged defect.
We guarantee that the goods are fit for their intended use, as set out on this web site and you are required to check the precise purpose of each product before application. Therefore we do not accept responsibility if you or the consumer puts the goods to a use which is not intended.
NO-QUIBBLE GUARANTEE - In the unlikely event of dissatisfaction, please return your product complete in its original condition and where possible in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt of goods for a replacement or refund. This guarantee covers ready-made products. The NO-QUIBBLE GUARANTEE is our own guarantee in addition to your statutory rights.
These terms will not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
